Tennis in the United States is played on three kinds of places: public park courts run by a city or county, member clubs and country clubs with their own pros and leagues, and commercial tennis centers that sell court time by the hour. Public courts are usually free and first come, first served, with a posted limit (often 60-90 minutes when others are waiting); busier cities run online reservation systems with a small fee and a permit for the season. Indoor courts are rented by the hour and booked days ahead in winter. Most facilities are hard courts; clay is common in the Southeast and at private clubs, and grass is rare. Lights extend play into the evening at many parks, sometimes with a coin or app-operated switch.

Bogota is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Bogota follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

At the reception, there was a woman (I’m not sure of her name or if she was the receptionist) who was crying very loudly. It created an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. I believe this should be addressed, and I suggest reviewing the situation with your staff.

We had a fabulous experience with a recent Tennis Birthday Party. The staff is nice, friendly, very accommodating, They helped set up tables, they went out of their way to take group photos and assisted with the clean up & garbage. The new Ladies Locker rooms make it stand apart from other clubs in the area. With new lockers and dressing area lighted mirrors, make up station. They also have the best lighting on courts with automatic line calling machines for both singles and doubles that we find very helpful in competitive match play. We had a memorable night. Thank you Sam and staff!

We had a terrible experience with CourtSense Tenafly. We leave a review here is because Bogota seems to have the same management team. Our son joined mid-autumn term. Geoff, who arranged his placement into a particular class, told us that a spot was held for our son and that we could either pay weekly as a walk-on or for the rest of the term. We were under the impression that the spot would be held regardless of which option we chose. We decided to do walk-on for a few weeks. Last Friday, I received a voicemail from Leah saying: β€œWe were just wondering because we also have a spot held for him weekly since he does the walk-ons. But we were wondering if he wanted to commit for the rest of the season. The last day of the fall is December 14th, and then we can always re-enroll him for the winter as well. So please give us a call back if you’d like to do a permanent spot, because if not, we unfortunately would have to sell the spot to another child. Please give us a call back by end of day today by 5:30 PM.” The message was left at 11:57 a.m., and I called back at 12:01 p.m. to confirm that we would commit to the rest of the term. I was told that the payment would be processed since

I've been playing at Bogota RC more frequently as their rates are more reasonable than other clubs in the area and the temperature in the winter is always perfect. This is the only club in this area that is fully insulated properly so the temperature is always consistent and comfortable which is so important in tennis, and Bogota RC understands that. At other clubs, it has been a struggle for years now to have the heat turned on at all... the other day, it was not turned on after 4 requests. Bogota has become my number one choice for indoor tennis in Bergen County. Oh and the staff are always so helpful and professional.
